Making time

Each Field + Bee candle is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, often just for you. Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be poured, finished, and prepared for shipping, unless a different timeframe is clearly shown before you place your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

This is the time before shipment. Carrier transit time is additional and begins after your package has shipped.

Shipping and delivery

Field + Bee currently ships within the United States only. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Carrier delivery estimates vary by destination, weather, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume. Please confirm your address before ordering. If you notice an address error, contact rachel@fieldandbee.com as soon as possible. We will let you know whether it can still be corrected.

Unexpected production delays

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you before that timeframe expires. We will explain the delay, provide a revised shipment date if known, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped items and associated shipping charges. If we cannot obtain your agreement, we will cancel and refund the affected items. We will not treat silence as agreement to a delay.

Shipment problems

If tracking stalls or a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email rachel@fieldandbee.com with your order number. We will help investigate and work with you on a resolution. A tracking scan alone does not end our responsibility to address a shipment problem.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and photos, if available. Our Refund Policy explains the help we provide. This reporting request does not limit rights under applicable law.
