These terms apply to purchases from and use of www.fieldandbee.com, operated by Field and Bee LLC doing business as Field + Bee. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Field + Bee. Please read these terms and the Shipping and Refund policies before placing an order.

Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, payment cannot be processed, or there is an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, we will contact you. If we cancel an order, we will promptly refund any payment for the canceled items and associated shipping. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Handmade products

Our candles are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in wax color, surface finish, or appearance may occur. Product photographs and screen colors may vary from the item you receive. These reasonable variations do not excuse a product defect or a material difference from its description.

Making time and shipping

Please allow 10–14 business days before shipment unless a different timeframe is clearly stated before purchase. Carrier transit time is additional. We currently ship within the United States. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery and help with shipment problems.

If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you and offer a revised shipment date, if known, and the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped items and associated shipping. We will not treat silence as agreement to a delay.

Order changes and cancellation requests

Email rachel@fieldandbee.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will review the request and tell you whether it can be accommodated. Once preparation or shipment is underway, changes may not be possible. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law, including rights relating to shipment delays.

Final sale and product problems

Purchases are final sale, subject to our Refund Policy and rights provided by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or scent preference. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we can help. This request does not shorten any legal right or remedy.

Candle care and safety

Follow the safety label and care instructions supplied with each product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, and materials that can catch fire. Use products only as directed, including any instructions specific to wickless candles or warmers. Stop using a damaged vessel or a product that is not performing safely and contact us.

These instructions do not release Field + Bee from responsibility for a defective product or remove any rights provided by law.

Website content and responsible use

The branding, text, photographs, and other content on this website belong to Field + Bee or their respective rights holders. You may view and use the website for personal shopping. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission from the applicable rights holder. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Privacy and outside links

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. Links to other websites may be provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Review their information before using their services.

Website availability and liability

We take reasonable care with the website, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Field + Bee is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused solely by interruption of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by a defective product, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your statutory consumer rights remain in effect.

Governing law and changes

New York law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain in effect. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.

We may update these terms for future website use and orders by posting a revised version with a new date. The version presented when you place an order applies to that purchase. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to an existing purchase without your agreement.
